Corinna grew up in a rather unusual brick and timber house at 130b High Street in the loving circle of her parents and two sisters. She was educated locally at the girl's grammar school, and a nearby college before going to Brunel University. Her father was an architect who, for several years, practiced abroad. Her mother was an indomitable Dutch woman of great character.
