Through her concern for Alex's uneven progress at school Corinna became interested in dyslexia, and started to go on courses. Her work for the local council in Adult Learning started to focus increasingly on this area. It became apparent to her that there was a large number of both adults and children whose dyslexia had never been diagnosed.
